The Rotary Club of Lincoln celebrated its Centenary Charter Dinner at the Assembly Rooms Lincoln on Friday 18th March 2022 with the attendance of over 100 guests.
President Peter Manton gave a brief history of a hundred years of Service.
The Club was delighted to welcome David Ellis, Chairman of Rotary In Great Britain and Ireland, who responded to the toast to "Rotary International".
This was followed by another welcome guest, Peter Berry, Immediate Past District Governor responding to the toast to "The First 100 Years" given by President Peter which can be viewed "Click here for the First 100 Years"
Finally Sculptor Antony Dufort spoke about his career and a current project of a statue of the Lincoln mathematician George Boule. The text of Anony´s talk can be viewed here "Click here for the Antony Dufort´s Speech"
